2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the developer.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule; failure to comply may lead to cancellation or penalties.
• Any booking amount paid is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Modifications

• Prices of units are subject to change without prior notice at the developer’s discretion.
• Additional costs, including registration fees, maintenance charges, and taxes, shall be borne by the buyer.
• The developer reserves the right to modify layouts, specifications, or amenities due to regulatory requirements or construction feasibility.

4. Possession & Handover

• The possession date is tentative and may be subject to extensions due to unforeseen circumstances or regulatory approvals.
• Handover of the unit will only be processed after full payment and necessary documentation are completed.

5. Legal & Compliance

• All buyers must comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the project.
• Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in the respective legal authority governing the project location.

6. Use & Restrictions

• The unit purchased shall not be used for illegal activities or any purpose other than its intended use.
• Structural modifications or changes to the unit without prior approval from the developer are prohibited.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• The developer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or third-party actions.
• Buyers agree to indemnify the developer against any legal actions or claims arising due to non-compliance with the terms of the agreement.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation of booking shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges as per the agreement.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms outlined at the time of booking.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
